Good day. I bought Valem tablet some months ago. I am having a little problem with the tablet as when booting, i does npt complete the booting process. I took it for formating and flashing i was instucted to get the software of the tablet as it is not common in my area. Please any help on how to get the software??

Hello,
i bought this tab last week and connected it to my office WiFi. I observed that it take several hours/days to download simple application. I cant even browse on it despite that it is connected to a very fast WiFi. is this common with tab or it is peculiar to just the one i have.
I don’t see the reason why the Tab should not be fast in your WIfi connection but have you tried using other devices to download to test the downloading speed, what about normal browsing with Tab?
The normal bowing is very slow too. Sometimes it return no Internet while WiFi bar is showing Full. I have only use WiFi. I use the WiFi on my Samsung phone and is very fast. Thanks
Don’t know exactly what is the problem but I think you need to check the settings or better buy a Sim card for the Tab and see if it can be as fast as you wanted
After 2 weeks of purchase, the touch screen broke down. Now I can’t operate it. Pls where and how can I get the touch pad/screen.

I bought mine and I am really enjoying it right now.It has a fast browsing capacity, although the screen resolution isn’t as I expected but honestly it’s doing a perfectly well for me.
