For me, itel s18 is good but not as good as anticipated because when I looked at the camera configuration, I didn’t see anything special about the triple 8MP back and 8MP front camera. However, there are some good features of the camera. It supports the following AI features.

Design & Display

Honestly, I am impressed with itel S18 design, and I can say that this is one of the best designs I have seen from itel. Moreover, the itel s17 design is not bad either. The screen size has the same 6.6’’ HD + Waterdrop screen design. Apart from the camera positioning, itel S18 and S17 are the same.

Operating System

When it comes to operating systems and processors, they are also the same, which means that s17 users shouldn’t go for the s18 because there is no special upgrade regarding the processor and OS. You can see the similarities below.

Memory Size

I can say that itel S18 is better than itel s27 in terms of memory size and other performance configurations, itel S18 support what they call memory fusion (Expandable RAM) which allows you to map out some memory from the phone’s internal and other it to memory. Infinix and Tecno have long implemented such innovation, and itel also found their way to do the same.

Itel S18 officially has 2GB RAM + 64GB ROM as opposed to the 1GB RAM + 16GB ROM that itel S17 offers. This clearly shows that itel S18 is far better than the S17 in terms of memory size. Above all S18 2GB random access memory (RAM) can be expanded to 4GB RAM, which means more power for better performance stability.

I believe that itel S18 Pro offers more features, but as for the S18, I don’t see much difference from its predecessor itel S17 they are identical to the camera, but S18 might be slightly better following the latest technologies used to optimize the camera. but still, the camera feature is not just good enough to ditch your old S17.

Itel S18 supports a Face and fingerprint sensor, which means you can lock or unlock your phone with your fingerprint or your face. Another feature you should be happy about is the 4G LTE network, one of the most important features Nigerian phone users want.

The good news is that both Itel S18 and S17 support 4G LTE network, which gives you the best connectivity that you need to facilitate your daily mobile task.
